Tractor and Machinery Sales Person - Cromwell

We are authorized dealers for CASE IH and New Holland tractors, renowned brands known for their reliability and innovation in the agricultural sector.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Tractor and Farm Machinery Salesperson at Agricentre South, your main responsibilities will include:

Sales and Customer Relations: Promote and sell CASE IH and New Holland tractors and farm machinery to farmers and agricultural enterprises, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of CASE IH and New Holland tractors and machinery, providing expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
Customer Support: Provide excellent after-sales support, including product training, troubleshooting assistance, and ongoing customer care.
Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management using computer systems.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our sales, service, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

Background in agriculture (farming or related field), with a good understanding of agricultural practices and equipment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
A sense of humour that helps build rapport and connection with farmers.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individual.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to farmers and agricultural customers.
